Tackling Anxiety and Phobias                                                        

There are very few of us who manage to get through life without stress becoming a problem at one point or another. Hypnotherapy allows us to identify triggers, look at alternative ways of dealing with potentially difficult situations and find new coping strategies.

 Hypnotherapy is in itself a fantastically relaxing process, it teaches us new ways to relax and find peace. Hypnotherapy also gives an opportunity to move on with much more freedom - in the knowledge that we can manage and lessen our anxiety with confidence. Sessions are practical and designed to suit individual need.

Phobias are particularly well resolved using hypnotherapy and NLP. Phobias which have held people back in many areas of their lives can be addressed and dissolved through a gentle, non-confrontational approach. This can take an average of 4 sessions and allows permanent change.
