    SMOKING CESSATION                                        

There are so many good reasons to give up smoking, I'm sure you don't need reminded of these!

Hypnotherapy is an excellent aid to giving up smoking. There are 2 elements to smoking cessation -

1. The chemical addiction which comes from the addictive substances in the cigarettes.

2. The 'habit' which means you have linked cigarettes very firmly to your lifestyle. Maybe you have a cigarette with a cup of coffee or a drink, maybe you always smoke after a meal or first thing in the morning.

These elements can be tackled very successfully in a co-operative way through hypnotherapy sessions, but one thing is sure; unless you wish to give up, you will not give up.
