SLIMMING
So many of us have struggled with our weight and it can be a painful and frustrating battle! We know which food we should eat, or avoid and that we should have 3 square meals a day and excersise. Many of us could tell you how many calories are in an apple or a mars bar! So why don't we use this knowledge to manage our weight?

The truth is that there are lots of reasons why we eat...and in this culture most of them are not to do with feeling hungry!
We eat for various individual reasons, which we have accumulated over the years, possibly from as far back as childhood and have a complicated relationship with food. Hypnotherapy allows you to look at your own reasons for your attitude to food and tackle the crux of the matter, resulting in a change in your attitude, behaviour and future weight control.
